Before joining Heavy, CFO Todd Sloan held the title of Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Nielsen NetRatings, Inc. where he led the company through more than five successful years in the public markets.

Prior to Nielsen, Mr. Sloan was Chief Financial Officer of About.com, Inc., where he led the company through its initial public and secondary offerings. Mr. Sloan also served as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Sony Worldwide Networks and prior to that spent ten years in the media practice at Ernst & Young. Mr. Sloan holds a B.B.A. in finance and accounting from the University of Wisconsin and is a Certified Public Accountant.
