Technical Media and AdServer Specialist

The AdServer Technical role will be a critical part in both maintaining the current custom integration solution of Heavy.com as well as support the upcoming launch of the Husky Men’s Network (HMN). This role will be responsible for the following:

1) First point of contact for Ad Operations to escalate technical issues for:

    a.      3rd party vendors in regards to Rich Media and Counting Discrepancies

    b.      Project manage, QA and execute all publisher-side files and new media approval

    c.      Assure all DFP templates are up to industry standards and modify as needed

2) Liaison with internal development to properly QA and sign off on all code changes made to Heavy.com and the upcoming JavaScript publisher-side file to serve the HMN.

3) Technical lead for the HMN; assist staff in troubleshooting, QA, launching and subsequent evaluation of affiliates on the HMN.

4) Rich-media/Flash point of contact for internal and externally served creative

5) System integration specialist and Ad Operation spokes person for future endeavors

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s degree from accredited school

Experience with Flash and ActionScript

2+ years experience with an ad server technology (prefer DFP, others acceptable)

Experience supporting a fast paced operations team with potential for on-call responsibilities and/or being the point of emergency contact.

Project Management experience a plus

Husky Media, is the company’s premium video advertising platform providing brand advertisers with hand-selected premium publishers and bloggers who use Husky’s highly engaging and effective video ad unit. Husky Media is a new tier one broadband video platform from the company. Husky serves video publishers by selling and delivering high CPM brand advertising units in and around premium video content (see www.huskymedia.com). Husky will also serve publishers by syndicating original video content with high CPM advertising. Husky currently serves 20M video streams per month.
