HEAVY.COM ADDS MICHAEL GREENLEES TO BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Former Omnicom Director Joins Leading Digital Network

New York, NY – May 21, 2007: Heavy, one of the web’s leading online brands and the leader for 18-34 year old guys, today announced the appointment of Mr. Michael Greenlees to Heavy’s Board of Directors. David Carson and Simon Assaad, Heavy’s co-CEOs and co-founders, made the announcement.

“Michael has an amazing track record as an entrepreneur building advertising businesses,” said David Carson. “We met Michael when a number of financial institutions were doing diligence on the business during our last round, which was ultimately led by Polaris. Simon and I were so impressed with his take on the marketplace that we knew we had to solidify a relationship with him. Michael will have a tremendous impact for the company as we expand internationally.” “In an increasingly complex and fast moving media world, Heavy.com has taken the lead in providing advertisers and their agencies with a better way of engaging their audiences,” said Mr. Greenlees. “Short-form media consumption is a growing phenomenon and one that is likely to drive the advertising market for some time to come. After first meeting Simon and David, I was delighted to be asked by them to join Heavy’s board, particularly as Heavy begins to address the challenges of meeting the increasing demands of its customers globally.” Mr. Greenlees was one of the original-founding partners of Gold Greenlees Trott which, from its launch in 1980, grew to become one of the great names in British advertising. The agency was voted agency of the year in 1981. Under Mr. Greenlees’ guidance, GGT grew into an international advertising and marketing services group ranked 15th world wide, with thriving businesses in both Europe and North America. He helped grow TBWA into one of the most respected agency networks with over 8000 employees and with offices in over sixty countries worldwide.

In 2001, Mr. Greenlees was made Executive Vice President of Omnicom Inc. With more than thirty years experience, he has successfully managed large and complex customer service businesses in the United States, Europe and Asia and has advised clients in markets as diverse as confectionery and computers, automobiles and airlines.
